This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which funds added to your Gyain wallet through the purchase of "Top-Up Packs" may be refunded by Gyain Applications Private Limited ("Gyain", "we", "us", or "our"). This policy is an integral part of our [Link to Terms and Conditions].
Gyain operates on a wallet system where users purchase "Top-Up Packs" to add balance to their Gyain wallet. This balance can then be used to access various "Service Plans" or features within the Gyain Service.
Refunds for Top-Up Pack purchases will only be considered under the following extremely limited circumstances:
To request a refund under these exceptional circumstances, you must contact our customer support at edu@gyain.com within 7 days of the incident or erroneous charge, providing full details and proof of the issue (e.g., transaction ID, bank statement showing debit). All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Gyain, which will be exercised in good faith. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 working days.
The balance in your Gyain wallet is non-transferable to other users and cannot be redeemed or withdrawn as cash or transferred to any external bank account. It is solely for use within the Gyain Service.
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, Gyain reserves the right to change the pricing of Top-Up Packs and the rates for Service Plans. Such changes do not entitle users to a refund for existing wallet balances.
